Pakistan’s U-16 Men’s Volleyball Team kept their unbeaten streak alive in the 2nd Asian Men’s U16 Volleyball Championship 2025 with a commanding semifinal victory over arch-rivals India in Nakhon Phanom, Thailand.

In a high-stakes clash on Friday, the Pakistani squad delivered a clinical 3-0 win, dismantling the Indian side with set scores of 25-16, 25-19, and 25-12. The dominant performance not only propelled Pakistan into the tournament final but underscored their growing stature in Asian youth volleyball.

The team’s display was a masterclass in precision and composure. Players like Junaid, Faizan, Irfan, and Talha stood out with their relentless attacks and rock-solid defense, while Pakistan’s superior blocking and swift counterplay left India scrambling.

“This wasn’t just a win—it was a statement,” said Head Coach Kafiyatullah after the match. “Beating India in the semifinal, and doing so with such authority, is a major boost for the boys. Their teamwork, discipline, and hunger have been exceptional throughout the tournament. Now our focus shifts to the final against Iran—it’ll be tough, but we’re ready.”
