Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has hailed the “remarkable courage and professionalism” of Pakistan’s armed forces during Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos, according to state broadcaster PTV News.
The premier made these remarks during a visit to Pasrur Cantonment in Sialkot, accompanied by federal ministers as well as the chiefs of the army and air force.
“Our brave armed forces, backed by the steadfast support of the nation, defended the homeland with extraordinary heroism and delivered a decisive response to the enemy’s cowardly attack,” he said.
He added, “History will forever remember how, within hours, Pakistan’s defenders neutralized India’s unprovoked aggression with unparalleled precision and determination.”
