The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has launched a dedicated 24/7 helpline to provide Hajj pilgrims with real-time flight updates and travel assistance.
Pilgrims can reach the helpline at 051-9216980, where they will receive up-to-date flight information and support throughout their journey.
According to ministry spokesperson Muhammad Umar Butt, the helpline will operate around the clock in two shifts to ensure continuous service. The first shift will be supervised by Director IT Jameel-ur-Rehman, with Hafiz Majid as the point of contact at +92-332-4509868. The second shift will be overseen by Assistant Director Malik Asad, who can be reached at +92-321-5365023.
In addition, pilgrims are encouraged to stay in regular communication with their designated Haji camps for further coordination and on-ground assistance during the pilgrimage.
